How to Find PUBG Mobile Username and Character ID?
It’s very easy to get your User Id and Character id just follow the below steps.
- Open the PUBG Mobile game and let it load to the lobby.
- At the top right side, you will find Profile Icon with a Name, Avatar, and PUBG Level. Click on it and you will be in your full Profile Dashboard which will show everything from your Account Details to the in-game stats.
- In the Main Menu of your Profile section, you can see your PUBG Mobile Username (IGN) and Character ID at the top. You can use the Copy icon beside those options to copy any of them.

How to Get the custom Tournament Room ID and Password?
Room ID and Password are shared through Text Message (SMS) id (JARVIS) and also inside the app under match details. Just open the app and scroll down to the match you participated, click on it and there you will get the Room ID and Password before 15 minutes of the match start time. Make sure you join the Room within 15 minutes before the match start time.
Why I was kicked from the Custom Room?
Well, there are several reasons why you get kicked from the room even after you register for the match. Some of which are:
- You registered incorrect PUBG Username and hence our team did not recognize you.
- You joined with a new PUBG Account or with the doubtful account which is against PUBG Tournament rules.
- Joined with PUBG Mobile Account with Level less than 30.
- Invited Unregistered Players to the Room.
- Kept changing position in the room.
- Using Emulator to Play in Non-Emulator Matches.
We would suggest you go through the Match Rules before you participate in the next match or the tournaments.
